How We Craft Our Pillows and When You Will Receive Yours
At Noble Pillow, every item is crafted with intention. We hand sew our pillow shells in small batches and we hand stuff each pillow to order. This allows us to maintain exceptional precision, consistency, and ergonomic accuracy. Even a single millimeter matters when supporting intricate joint spaces and promoting healthy alignment.
Fulfillment Time
Hand Stuffed to Order
If the pillow shell is already constructed, your pillow typically ships within 2 to 5 business days.
If we need to produce a fresh shell, please allow 5 to 15 business days for our sewists to prepare it beforehand stuffing and final assembly.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays. High demand seasons may extend fulfillment times.
This approach ensures that every Noble Pillow is crafted with far greater precision than mass produced products and provides the highest standard of comfort and ergonomic support.
Domestic Shipping within the United States
We offer complimentary shipping within the continental United States.
Once shipped, most deliveries arrive within 2 to 7 business days depending on the carrier and destination.
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order leaves our atelier.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Any import fees, VAT, duties, or customs charges required by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times vary based on distance and customs processing.
Tracking information is provided whenever available.
Noble Pillow is not liable for customs delays or fees.
We understand how challenging it can be to source high quality products that are not available in your country, and we understand how international shipping costs can affect your purchase decisions. We will package your order as economically as possible, and because our shipping app must estimate the cost before we create the order, we will review the final shipping price once everything is boxed. If the actual shipping cost is lower than the estimate, we will credit the difference back to you.
Packaging Options
We use a minimalist, low impact packaging approach that provides better hygiene and weather protection than cotton bags.
If you prefer an alternative to plastic, you may purchase a Noble Pillow Travel Bag and note at checkout that you would like your pillow shipped inside the travel bag instead of protective plastic.
This option provides a functional, reusable alternative while still safeguarding your pillow during transit.
Custom, Specialty, and High Demand Orders
Specialty pillows, limited batches, and custom requests may require additional production time.
If your order involves unique specifications, we will reach out if any clarification or timeline updates are needed.
Order Tracking and Delivery Updates
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed.
A second email with tracking information will be sent when your pillow ships.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Delivery Handling and Carrier Support
We package every Noble Pillow with care and intention, and we ensure that each item leaves our studio in excellent condition. Although we take great pride in our craftsmanship and packing process, the final delivery is handled by third party carriers, and we cannot control how packages are transported once they leave our hands.
If you experience a delivery issue, such as a package marked delivered but not received, contacting the carrier directly will provide the fastest and most detailed assistance. Carriers have access to GPS delivery data and internal routing information that we, as a small business, cannot access.
You are always welcome to contact us, however, please note that you may receive a generic response if we reach out to the carrier on your behalf. Customers typically receive quicker and more accurate results when they connect directly with the carrier listed on the tracking page.
