Initiate an exchange/return

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your Noble Pillow. Because it can take some time for you to adjust the pillow, and just like exercise, it can take multiple weeks for your body to adapt, we suggest you give it 2-3 weeks. Please view the illustrations and demonstration videos on the use & maintenance page. Please use this form to initiate an exchange or return. Once eligibility for your return is confirmed, you will receive an RMA number and return address to facilitate the process. You may use your own shipping method and then upon receipt/inspection of the product, you will be refunded your purchase price minus any promotions, shipping costs, and import fees for international orders.
