To keep our pillows accessible to more people, we offer this insert as an optional add-on—allowing those with sensory sensitivities to customize their comfort without affecting the base price.

How to use
How to Adjust and Fine-Tune Your Pillow for Optimal Comfort Using the Down Insert
Step 1: Insert into Section 2 and/or Section 5
- Section 2: Many users find this section highly effective for adding softness and comfort. You may need to remove some fill if it reduces the cradling effect, particularly for back sleeping.
- Section 5: This section provides intensified neck support. You may need to add extra fill to achieve the desired level of support. Adjust based on your personal preference.
Important:
Before adding a new insert, be sure to completely remove any existing fill from that section. This ensures the new insert works as intended and prevents the pillow from becoming overstuffed or uncomfortable.
Step 2: Adjusting the Loft
- Unzip the side zipper.
- Untie the inner opening.
- Add or remove fill to customize your comfort level.
- Contact us if you need more fill for further adjustments.
Step 3: Targeted Support and Comfort
- Place an insert into Section 2 or Section 5, or both, depending on your support needs.
- For enhanced comfort, you can place one insert in each section.
Step 4: Fine-Tuning the Down in Your Pillow
- For Softness on Top: Add the extra down stuffing to Section 2. If the pillow feels too high, reduce the fill in the lower sections.
- For Neck Support: Add a firmer fill type to Section 4. If more support is needed, gradually add filling to Section 3, starting with Section 4.
